We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return for certain items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, there are many items that we are unable to accept back due to hygiene reasons, so please contact us before you sent the product back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Allergic Reaction Policy

We are not responsible for any reaction of our skincare products as this would be down to the individual's skin, no the product itself. We make sure all our products are natural and good for the skin, but sometimes some skins may have allergies.

We recommend that for any form of skincare or cosmetics the consumer always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice if severe. All of the ingredients are on the product page, read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient.
